Coach Profile

Julie Lautens is a Toronto-based executive coach who helps people and organizations navigate development and strategic change. She founded her coaching practice in 2017, building on years in senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline, including Head of Technical Services and VP of Quality. She holds a PhD in chemistry. ICF-certified at the PCC level and a Corentus Team Coach, she is known for bringing warmth, deep listening, and grounded collaboration to every client relationship. In addition to her coaching work, she serves as Board Chair and President of the Etobicoke Centennial Choir in Toronto.
