I'm an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant with 25+ years of senior leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. I partner with executives, physicians, clinician leaders and teams to help them shift their mindset, elevate their impact, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
My coaching practice is built on a pragmatic, goal-directed approach grounded in leadership development methodology and my own professional experience navigating complex organizations - from global communications agencies to a major academic hospital. I see coaching as a framework for developing deeper awareness of your strengths and challenges, so you can accelerate your professional and personal growth.

Before coaching, I was the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at Women's College Hospital, serving on the Senior Executive Team and leading brand strategy, communications, and public affairs. Before that, I held VP and Managing Director roles at global agencies - JWT, BBDO, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, and FCB - leading campaigns for GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, Unilever, IBM, Kellogg's and others.
I'm an Adler-trained coach, a fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean/Harvard Medical School affiliate, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
