I am an executive coach and management consultant who helps CEOs, boards, and senior leaders navigate growth, complexity, and change with clarity and confidence.

Through GSI Strategies, I partner with organizations across healthcare, nonprofit, and the broader public sector on high-impact work including governance, strategic planning, organizational design, change management, executive coaching, program and service delivery reviews, and operational readiness.
