Nancee Gelineau serves as Chief Human Resource and Administrative Officer (CHRAO) for UCS Forest Group, a privately held North American distribution organization operating across 19 locations. Since joining UCS, she has played a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and transformation, helping guide the organization through workforce expansion, geographic growth, leadership evolution, and the challenges and opportunities presented by a rapidly changing business environment.

With a career spanning global Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations, Nancee brings extensive experience in strategic human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and culture building. Her ability to align people strategies with business objectives has enabled organizations to navigate change successfully while strengthening employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance. During her tenure with Tyco International, Nancee received a prestigious global leadership award recognizing her innovative work in Talent Management.

Nancee holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Human Resource Management from McMaster University. She is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A member of the ICF Toronto Chapter, she has completed her coaching education through Coach U and has fulfilled all requirements for her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation, with certification anticipated in 2026.
