Coach Profile
Sharon has engaged leaders in transformational growth conversations since 2003. She provides leadership and team development to an international clientele of executives, managers, and organizations to facilitate the creation of sustainable, high-performance teams world-wide. Her 20 years of experience in developing Emotional Intelligence helps leaders become at once positive, proactive and productive. Sharon’s integral perspective makes her invaluable in system transformation work, and her understanding and integration of complexity in human systems helps leaders who work with her learn to simultaneously deploy relationship skills, authentic leadership presence and a focus on results.
In 2011 Sharon served as a partner coach on the corporate coaching initiative that won the ICF Prism award which honours, celebrates, and shares learning from organizations who have embraced coaching as an integral part of their leadership strategy.
In her leisure time, Sharon is an avid skier, practices and teaches a meditative art practice known as Zentangle, has led local Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Projects as site supervisor, and currently leads “100 Women Who Care Guelph” raising over $450,000 to date for local charities in her home town. She recently completed a masters in transpersonal psychology and consciousness studies.
