CEI Facilitators’ Community of Practice

Introductory Information Sessions | Online via Zoom

Wednesday, November 26 | 6:30 p.m. ET
Another session will also be offered on Wednesday November 19 at 12:00 p.m. ET

What This Is

A warm, reflective Community of Practice for coaches who are ready to deepen their skill and presence in facilitating groups, teams, and systems.

We explore:

  • Ethical and trauma-aware facilitation
  • Psychological safety and pacing
  • Group process and design choices
  • Presence, adaptability, and responsiveness
  • Peer supervision for facilitators

These intro sessions give you a taste of the 2026 arc, introduce the peer supervision model, and offer space to co-shape the program.

Why It Matters

Facilitation is a natural extension of coaching when we work with more than one person at a time. This Community of Practice helps coaches build confidence, expand their range, and practice holding group spaces with integrity and attunement.
