What This Is
A warm, reflective Community of Practice for coaches who are ready to deepen their skill and presence in facilitating groups, teams, and systems.
We explore:
- Ethical and trauma-aware facilitation
- Psychological safety and pacing
- Group process and design choices
- Presence, adaptability, and responsiveness
- Peer supervision for facilitators
These intro sessions give you a taste of the 2026 arc, introduce the peer supervision model, and offer space to co-shape the program.
Why It Matters
Facilitation is a natural extension of coaching when we work with more than one person at a time. This Community of Practice helps coaches build confidence, expand their range, and practice holding group spaces with integrity and attunement.
