About Lola Chetti, MCC, MA
I am Mauritian-French, educated in Mauritius and Europe; I work with clients in Europe, US and across Asia. I started my career in the judiciary (10 years), then transitioned as part time volunteer social worker where I learnt the value of coaching as a vehicle for leadership development and then went to business school graduating with a Master (Distinction) from INSEAD. I connect easily with people of all cultures and engage others with interest and ease. I work with people from a variety of industries from retail to luxury goods to the shipping industry. I regularly coach senior leadership teams and design leadership training for the sales, sourcing and account management teams. In my work, I bring together with my commitment, a deep experience of organizations (ex: the unseen side –be it the undercurrents of stakeholder relationships or decoding the organization culture); and a reliable knowledge of leadership best practices and published research. I incorporate Behavioural science, Cultural Intelligence and Ethics in my work related to Coach Training and Coaching.
