Our survey results showed that many of us are very interested in building a coaching practice. To support these endeavours, around 7 pm, Andrea is going to lead us through an interactive workshop based on the Planning for Market Leadership Model.
The model includes choosing the arena, the opportunities, and the market we might be considering for our practice, or an area of our practice. It also reviews resources and competencies, the competitive challenges, subsequent strategic choices, critical relationships, and profitability. The model wraps with defining the winning strategy and implementation plan.
As this model can be applied to one facet of a business or the business as a whole, bring along your current or planned coaching business concept or expansionary idea.
