Embodied Intelligence & the Future of Coaching

The Community of Practice on Science & Spirituality is rooted in a shared curiosity to explore how evidence-based science and spiritual wisdom can deepen the art and practice of coaching. As coaches, we work at the intersection of insight and meaning — supporting growth, connection, purpose, and wellbeing.

Blending reflection, dialogue, and experiential learning, this CoP draws from neuroscience, psychology, systems thinking, mindfulness, and contemplative traditions — staying open to discovery rather than fixed answers.

In alignment with these intentions, we are pleased to bring you the session:

I am a contemporary alchemist, deeply passionate and committed to individual, team, and organizational awakening. Also passionate about Somatic Intelligence, the Enneagram, Grounded Spirituality, dogs, cycling, photography, improvisational cooking, and crunchy food.

Professionally, I coach, teach, and facilitate awakening experiences (courses, programs, courses, individual coaching, stand-alone retreats) for people who are ready to go deep. Like, really deep! I bring a mix of fierce presence, open heart, irreverent humour, and sacred seriousness to my work. Whether guiding a CEO through a hard decision, holding space for a team in transition, teaching coaches the Somatic Coaching approach, or teaching the Enneagram, my aim is always the same: to help people awaken to what is most alive, authentic, and essential in them. I don’t do “surface.” If you are looking for quick tips or “five easy steps,” I am not your person. But if you are ready to wrestle with what matters, I will walk beside you all the way – as an Executive Coach, Educator, Organizational Facilitator, or a Retreat Guide.
