With over two decades of experience coaching executives, guiding leadership teams, and facilitating high-stakes conversations, she brings master-level presence, deep intuition, and a discerning eye that helps leaders see what matters most. She’s the kind of coach who can navigate a corporate crisis at noon, spark an identity breakthrough by two, and bring a sharp, insight-driven perspective to a boardroom by five. If coaching were jazz, she’d be Miles Davis—improvising masterfully while setting the stage for everyone else’s best performance.
