This is a fully confidential and safe space for coaches to connect, share, seek support and bring their questions. Organized and led by ICF Toronto Chapter member, Silke Henke, PCC, and co-led by Tony Masella, ACC. We will offer a topic, based on the Core Competencies each month, but are always prepared to dance in the moment!

How do expertise in an area, and traditional coaching fit together? With a movement of some online coaching platforms away from traditional coaching into more consulting / mentoring roles, how does a coach continue to exercise the use of core competencies?
