About the Session

Coaches often work with clients at moments when something is shifting, forming, or wanting to emerge – but is not yet fully clear. Tools that help people see, sense, and articulate what they are noticing can deepen insight and strengthen the coaching process.

This session features Abirambika Ravivarman and the Insight Shifts™ Card Deck, a reflective tool Abirambika created and has used extensively in her leadership development and team coaching practice. The deck offers a simple way to help clients:

  • Notice what is beneath the surface
  • Bring intuitive insights into view
  • Explore possibilities from a fresh or expanded perspective
  • Make meaning of patterns they are sensing

Coaches can also use the deck for their own self-reflection, supporting presence, clarity, and grounded decision-making in their work.

Participants will experience a live demonstration, learn the three-card See – Sense – Shift method, and explore how reflective visual tools can support coaching conversations across many contexts.

Why This Matters for Coaching Entrepreneurship & Impact

Coaching entrepreneurship is not only about business structure – it is also about how coaches listen, sense direction, and make grounded decisions in their practice. Reflective tools like Insight Shifts™ help coaches slow down, notice what they are sensing, and work with emerging insights as they navigate the choices that shape their business.

This same process is equally powerful in client work. The Insight Shifts™ deck offers a simple way to help clients surface what is beneath the surface, articulate intuitive insight, and explore possibilities from a fresh or expanded perspective. It supports clearer decision-making, deeper presence, and meaningful forward movement – whether working with individuals, leaders, or teams.

From an entrepreneurship standpoint, tools like Insight Shifts™ also demonstrate how coaches can create unique offerings rooted in their professional and leadership experience, a natural extension of reflective practice and an aligned way to grow a coaching business.

Together, these capacities – deep listening, grounded decision-making, and the development of tools that evoke awareness – sit at the heart of coaching entrepreneurship and the impact-oriented practice our CEI portfolio is designed to support.
