Shilpa Bains (ACC) is a Leadership Strategist and expert in human-centred leadership. She helps leaders build strategic self-awareness so they can lead in human-centred ways that strengthen trust, deepen engagement, and help their teams navigate complexity and change. Through her proprietary Inner Intelligence Method™, using validated assessments including Hogan and Leadership Circle Profile, she works with mid to senior level leaders across financial services, energy, defence, and aerospace. She holds an ACC credential, is a Chartered Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and serves on the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Place.
