Date & Time: May 11th -starts at 2:00pm (EDT)

Event Type: Workshop

CCEs: TBC

Recorded: No

Event Description:

The best leaders aren’t always the ones with the most answers. They’re the ones who know how to ask the right questions, create space for their people to think, and build the kind of trust that makes teams actually work.

That’s what a coaching approach to leadership looks like in practice.

In this workshop, Jenn Bieri and Evette Stobo explore how the core skills of coaching, things like active listening, powerful questioning, and staying curious instead of reactive, translate directly into stronger, more effective leadership. Not in a theoretical way. In a real, practical, this-is-what-it-looks-like-on-a-Tuesday way.

Oh, and we’ll have fun doing it!

Whether you manage a small team or lead across an entire organization, this is an invitation to think differently about what good leadership actually requires.

Jenn Bieri (ACC) experience includes a 10+ year rapid rise on the corporate ladder as a finance and operations leader, scaling a global tech start-up from 40 to 400, and building an online wellness community from YouTube, Jenn partners with organizations and their people for breakthrough results.

She earned her coach certification through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and her ACC through the International Coaching Federation. Her clients include team leaders to founders / executives in high-growth tech start-ups, scale-ups and professional services.

Evette Stobo (PCC) has 25+ years in recruitment, people management, and HR leadership, Evette has built and led people strategies for organizations undergoing major growth, transformation, and everything in between. She’s partnered with leaders across professional services, manufacturing, and the trades in Canada, supporting them through complex change with a focus on connection, culture, and results.

After earning her coach certification through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), Evette realized what leadership had been missing all along—less managing, more coaching. She has her PCC with the International Coaching Federation. She now partners with leaders at all levels to create stronger, more human-centered organizations—where people strategies align with business goals and heart is a key driver of success.
