Many new and aspiring coaches feel called to this work but struggle to define their niche and confidently position themselves. This interactive session uses the RISE framework—Resilience, Identity, Support, and Empowerment—to guide participants from self-doubt to clarity. Through reflection and practical prompts, participants will uncover what may be holding them back, define an authentic coaching identity, identify meaningful support systems, and walk away with clear, aligned next steps. This session is designed to help coaches move forward with confidence, intention, and a stronger sense of direction in their coaching journey.
Amy Sylla (ACC) is an award-winning Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Leader, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Speaker.
