ICW 2026 – Start Where You Are: A Practice of Self-Compassion and Resilience

May 11 to 15, 2026 is International Coaching Week (ICW 2026). Coaches around the world will celebrate International Coaching Week! ICF Toronto is hosting events where you can further expand your coaching knowledge, or explore the world of coaching.

Date & Time: May 12th – starts at 10:00am (EDT)

Event Type: Workshop

CCEs: TBC

Recorded: Yes

Event Description:

Resilience is often described as something we need to build, but less often lived as a daily practice. This session invites participants to explore resilience through self-compassion and equanimity, using story, reflection, and simple guided practices.

Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing through challenge, the workshop creates space to notice where you are and how you are relating to your experience. Participants will leave with a greater sense of steadiness and practical ways to support resilience in their personal and professional lives.
