Join us for a grounded and reflective conversation with Donna Forde, MA, MCC, Principal Partner at PeopleDynamics Learning Group.
In this session, we will explore how identity, power and presence have shaped Donna’s work as a coach, and how she listens for what is emerging in herself, in her clients and in the systems she serves.
For more than twenty five years, Donna has been working in the relational field, helping individuals, leaders, couples and teams access the power, clarity and presence needed to create meaningful change. With a deep respect for identity, lineage and lived experience, Donna brings both courage and nuance to her work, offering a blend of grounded expertise and spacious curiosity. Her approach to entrepreneurship integrates emergence, integrity and discernment, inviting coaches to understand their own power sources and build businesses that are not only viable, but aligned, ethical and attuned to the moment we are living in.
This is a warm, low barrier listening space with brown bag lunch and learn energy. No participant video. No breakout rooms. No Q and A. No replay.
The chat will be open for reflections and questions, which will be gathered and responded to afterward through CEI correspondence, newsletter or socials. Lightly edited written, video and audio highlights will be shared through ICF Toronto over time.

With a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention and more than twenty five years of experience across sectors worldwide, Donna is known for her ability to help leaders, teams and organizations access clarity, stability and purposeful alignment in complex environments.
