About Rose-marie Fernandez, M.A., CPC-PCC
I have had an adventurous career that spans four decades in the Human Resources arena holding Senior Executive positions in various sectors. This took me to experience working in several countries from Malaysia to Greece, Canada and the US, working on projects and assignments that involved Consulting, and Facilitation in Human Development. This evolved to my specific interest in Intercultural Communications and Coaching.
My background in HR, lead me to be a CHRL (HRPAO) and PCC (ICF-2015) Certificate in Race, Culture and Empowerment, I am certified in several modalities that I incorporate in my practice to evoke changes in mindset, creating self awareness and culminating in self mastery. This would include a Master Certification in the Cultural Orientations Framework COF™.
I am committed to utilizing my resources to create environments where people gain a deep understanding of each other, in order to live a life of abundance.
About Lisa MacVicar, CMP, WELL AP + Faculty, CPC-ACC
The majority of my career (33 years) has been spent in Consulting, Coaching, Design and Workplace Strategy. Over the years I have curated a multidisciplinary approach to guide organizations as they navigate complex psychosocial challenges.
I hold Certificates in Diversity & Inclusion, Psychological health and Safety in the Workplace and Performance Leadership. I am an ICF certified Coach and a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner. As a WELL AP, WELL Faculty and WELL Advisor, I focus on physical and psychosocial interventions through the certification process. I am also a Program Development Advisor for the University of British Columbia for their Equity, Diversity & Inclusion certificate. Additionally, I co-teach for the University of Toronto’s Rotman Executive Program in Inclusion by Design, specifically the leadership workshop for Innovating DEI.
I have held the volunteer position of DEI Co-Director on the ICF Toronto Board of Directors, served on the ARIDO DEI Foundation committee and Deloitte’s National & Global DEI committees. While at Deloitte I published two papers on Well-being and ESG.
