Darlene Chrissley, BA, MLS, MCC is a creative being – a writer, speaker, performer, learning facilitator and Master Certified Coach. Darlene trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and brought CTI north to offer the first professional coach training in Canada. She was a founding member of the International Coach Federation (Toronto) and Adler International Learning, where she trains coaches and corporate leaders in North America and Europe.
Dorothy Greenaway, MCC, brings a wealth of business experience, playful energy, insight and practical wisdom to her work as a leadership coach, coach educator and facilitator. She was a founding faculty member and co-designer of Adler International Learning’s Professional Coaching Certificate Program as well as their flagship Positive Change: Leader as Coach program, and acted in several leadership roles at Adler, as well as the International Coach Federation, Toronto Chapter.
Karen Wright is a Master Certified Coach and pioneer in the coaching profession. Her Toronto-based business, Parachute Executive Coaching, paved the way for associate-based coaching businesses in Canada. Karen founded the Toronto ICF Chapter, has served on the global ICF Board, and has taught and mentored new coaches from around the world.
Melinda Sinclair is an executive coach, curriculum designer, facilitator and educator with more than thirty years experience working in knowledge-based and learning-oriented environments. Melinda is one of only a few coaches in the world to be awarded the Chartered Business Coach (ChBC™) designation, and she is a founding faculty member and the original architect and designer of the Adler Professional Coaching Certificate Program.
