ICF Toronto Member Spotlight – Coaching, Entrepreneurship & Impact

DATE: Wednesday, November 26, 2025
TIME: 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST
LOCATION: Live on Zoom (No video replay)

Join us for a grounded, thoughtful conversation with Maggie Coulter, Co-Principal of People Dynamics Learning Group.

In the Making is a CEI series focused on the intersection of coaching, entrepreneurship, and impact. We highlight how coaches navigate the realities of business-building, learning, and leadership – the practical wisdom, pivots, and insights that shape a sustainable practice in Toronto’s diverse and evolving landscape.

In this session, we’ll speak with Maggie about the signals they’re noticing in the coaching profession, their shift toward trauma-informed leadership coaching, and they support coaches and leaders in building practices that are grounded, ethical, and resilient.

This is a warm, low-barrier listening space – brown-bag lunch-and-learn vibes.
No participant video. No breakout rooms. No Q&A. No replay.

The chat will be open for reflections and questions, which will be gathered and responded to afterward through CEI correspondence, newsletter, or socials.

A lightly edited audio version will be shared later as a members-only podcast episode. More soon!
