Neuro-inclusive Leadership Coaching, Part 2

This two-part interactive training is designed to empower coaches at any stage of their neuro-inclusion journey. You’ll gain the knowledge and tools needed to create safe, inclusive, and trusting environments for your neurodiverse clients. With engaging discussions, breakout rooms, and hands-on activities, this training will deepen your understanding and help you translate key insights into actionable strategies for your coaching practice.

Part 2: Neuro-Inclusive Leadership Coaching—From Awareness to Action

The second session builds on the foundational session, diving deeper into what it means to practice neuro-inclusive leadership in coaching. Participants will explore practical strategies to foster trust, safety, and belonging while reflecting on their practices and approaches in a supportive, collaborative environment. Through interactive exercises and thoughtful discussions, this session equips coaches with the tools to confidently integrate neuro-inclusive leadership into their work, ensuring that clients feel genuinely seen, valued, and supported. Aligned with the ICF core competencies, we’ll focus on creating a safe, trusting coaching space while deepening awareness and enhancing the coaching relationship, empowering both coaches and clients to thrive together.

About Terri Donohue, PCC:

Terri Donohue is an ICF/PCC-certified life and leadership coach specializing in neurodiversity and fostering inclusive leadership. As the host of the Inclusive Leadership Coaching podcast, Terri supports coaches in building inclusive practices and navigating their own inclusion journeys. Through her neurodiversity mentor coaching and coach supervision, she empowers coaches to better understand and embrace their own neurodivergence and or equipping them to support neurodivergent clients effectively.

Terri is also a keynote speaker, facilitator, and collaborative author of the upcoming Self-Advocacy Survival Guide. With over 23 years in the entertainment industry, including earning an Emmy nomination, Terri brings a creative and compassionate perspective to her coaching and consulting work. She holds an Award of Achievement in Anti-Racism and a Certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from the University of British Columbia.

With a vision to contribute to cultural transformation, Terri is committed to dismantling toxic systems and advancing the neurodiversity movement. She collaborates with individuals, groups, and organizations, always applying an anti-oppressive lens to her work.
