About the Series
Human Design offers a simple, accessible way for coaches to understand how people work, relate, and make decisions. In practice building and entrepreneurship, these insights can support clearer choices, reduce friction, and allow coaches to work in ways that feel more natural and sustainable.
Rather than teaching the full system, this series highlights selected Human Design concepts that are especially useful in coaching entrepreneurship and impact. Across four sessions, participants will learn how Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, and Incarnation Cross show up in real coaching contexts, business design, and visibility.
Each session blends teaching, practical examples, and reflective exercises. All sessions stand alone and also build upon one another.
Session 1: Different by Design: Bringing Type and Strategy into Everyday Coaching
Explore foundational energetic patterns and how Type and Strategy show up in coaching, entrepreneurship, and visibility. Learn how to work with the energetic reality of clients rather than generic assumptions.
Session 2: Coaching Better Decisions: Using Strategy and Authority in Real Life
Understand how different decision-making processes operate in the body. Learn to recognize friction, fatigue, and clarity signals in yourself and your clients.
Session 3: Designed to Be Seen: Aligning Visibility and Profile
Profile shapes how we relate, express ourselves, and engage with clients and communities. Explore visibility patterns and natural modes of expression through a coaching lens.
Session 4: Life Theme by Design: How Your Incarnation Cross Shapes Your Coaching
Discover how overarching life themes influence coaching relationships, business choices, and long-term impact.
