Walk with me…
a conversation with Louise Taylor Green,
CEO of Human Resources Professionals Association (ON)
Walk With Me…A Chief Human Resource Officer’s perspective on navigating the complex terrain of the modern workplace issues and where coaching could help.
Louise describes herself as “passionate about high-performance HR” and over the past 25 years, she’s working in diverse industries like aviation, banking, insurance, healthcare and professional regulation. In her ‘day job’ Louise is the CEO of the HRPA – the professional regulatory association for HR in Ontario. Louise is also a coach and started her own coaching and consulting business back in 2014.
Louise will share some of her insights about being a Chief Human Resources Officer and what those experiences have taught her. There will be important insights for coaches who want to influence and partner with HR departments and why HR sometimes says “no”, and possible strategies to help shift that mindset.
Louise will share her perspectives on the complexities and challenges facing organizations from an HR point of view and where coaching may fit.
The discussion will be candid and grounded in lived-experiences using real cases. There will also be a 15 minute Q&A at the end of the presentation with Louise.
Please join us for this exciting opportunity to hear from Louise!
