Carolyn is a Leadership and Innovation coach who’s passionate about supporting teams and individuals in becoming their most resourcesful and creative.

Carolyn blends her insight from 20 years in business with her training and expereince in coaching, and design and delivery of programs for organizations, teams and individuals.  She’s a certified coach through Adler International Learning and recently became a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.  Carolyn has been selected as a Preferred Partner of the Global 6Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network and is certified to offer assessments, training and coaching in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, and building Positive Organizational Climates for change.

Before coaching, Carolyn held executive leadership positions in diverse businesses including branding & communication agencies, technology start-ups, and telecommunications.  Her expereince includes corporate and volunteer board appointments, speaking engagement and communication advisory roles.

Always active in her communities, Carolyn was honoured in 2002 by the Canadian Government with the Queen Elizabeth ll Golden Jubilee Medal.
