Every encounter and conversation with our clients are improvised to some degree. Based on improvisational theater techniques which rely on unscripted, spontaneous, and authentic interactions, this hands-on presentation strengthens skills to enable participants to become more effective communicators, improve adaptability, and experiment with new approaches to reach coaching goals.

Sonja is the CEO and founder of Effective Connecting, a coaching and consulting practice specializing in developing the communication and leadership skills of mid to senior-level business professionals so they can achieve their professional and organizational goals.
