On October 14, ICF Toronto Chapter will bring together corporate executives, HR and people leaders, professional coaches, and members of our broader leadership community for an afternoon of learning and connection, followed by an evening celebrating excellence and impact through coaching.

As AI rapidly changes how we work, make decisions, and develop talent, an important question is emerging:
What human leadership capabilities will we need to help people and organizations thrive in the age of AI?
The Leadership Impact Summit will explore this question through insightful sessions with industry experts from the private and public sectors, corporate leaders, and ICF credentialed coaches.
We will also bring different perspectives together for a panel conversation exploring the human leadership capabilities that become even more important as AI transforms the workplace, and how coaching and AI can support their development.

ICF credentialed coaches will be eligible to earn CCE units by attending qualifying Summit sessions.

In the evening, the Summit transitions into our Awards Gala, where we will recognize coaches creating meaningful transformation for individuals and teams, as well as organizations advancing the impact of coaching.
