Reciprocal Peer Coaching

Practice your coaching skills in a safe environment

ICF Toronto’s Reciprocal Peer Coaching program was created in June 2024 as a way to practice your coaching skills in a safe environment. Many of you have expressed a keen interest in participating in peer coaching to not only accumulate credentialing hours but also to refine your coaching skills. Whether you’re working towards ACC, PCC, or MCC certification, reciprocal peer coaching offers a valuable opportunity to accelerate your journey.

Program Overview

Accreditation Hours: Reciprocal peer coaching counts towards the required hours for ICF credentials (100 hours for ACC, 500 hours for PCC, and 2500 hours for MCC), provided that each participating coach conducts an equal number of sessions with their peers.

Session Format: Each Reciprocal Peer Coaching Introduction Session lasts 1.5 hours, where you’ll be randomly paired with another member for a coaching exchange in the breakout rooms. Thereafter, you may arrange further sessions by exchanging booking calendars.

Benefits of Joining the Reciprocal Peer Coaching Program:

  • Fast-track your credentialing process: Accumulate coaching hours more quickly and efficiently.
  • Enhance your coaching skills: Learn and grow through peer exchanges and gain new perspectives and techniques.
