Coach Profile
I am an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Professional, and Facilitator, with over 15 years of corporate experience and a PhD in Business Management. I have been coaching full time since 2018 and am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner.
What I bring to my work is a blend of business experience, curiosity about people, and a deep belief in the power of relationships. I work with leaders and professionals who are navigating transitions, complexity, challenging relationships, or simply seeking to grow into the next version of themselves.
My coaching draws from Positive Psychology, NLP, somatic awareness, ontological inquiry, and systems thinking. I am particularly passionate about Relational Intelligence—our ability to understand ourselves, connect meaningfully with others, and create impact through those connections.
I love creating spaces where people can pause, think deeply, ask different questions, and see possibilities they may not have seen before. My intention is not to tell people what to do, but to help them discover what is true and meaningful for them—and find the courage to act on it.
At heart, I am a curious learner, a reflective practitioner, and someone who believes that life can be complex, yet we can choose to create simplicity, meaning, and possibility within it.
