ICF Toronto Annual Meeting,

taking place September 17, 2026

from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Zoom.

Important information about the Annual Meeting:

Each year, our members have the opportunity to have their voices heard by voting on various Motions presented, including voting in the new slate of Directors who will serve in the upcoming term. In order to vote, you must be a member in good standing of the ICF Toronto chapter which means you are a member of ICF Global and have identified Toronto as your affiliate chapter.

To help facilitate the voting process and ensure quorum is achieved for the meeting, we are offering you the opportunity to cast your vote on the five Motions being presented in advance of the September 2026 meeting. Here is the process:

1. Log into www.icftoronto.com and click HERE to be taken to the Annual Meeting Poll.
2. This takes you to ICF Toronto’s private, cloud-based membership software platform, Wild Apricot. Your votes are confidential and voting is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your vote is important and we encourage you to vote immediately.
